Yes mo. You aren't alone at all! I didn't see what was so bad about Brian as a presenter either. He is my favourite housemate ever and came across as a fairly decent presenter. Emma and Rylan need a good beating tbh. They're really embarrassing to watch. Brian was also screwed by Emma. She totally shafted him for the job. Btw the sexual wording as above is unintentional but I mean it about a good kicking

I liked Brian as well but, to be honest, I also like Rylan. I like him because can laugh at himself. Emma just thinks she is some kind of superstar and is so full of herself. I loathe her as much as anyone on TV with the possible exception of Clare Balding.

I've been trying to catch up and am nearly there (bit of an arduous task nowadays, unlike in the show's heyday).
What does everyone think of the housemates so far?
That Jack/Pieface has let his Mr Nice guy act slip a couple of times eh, like his reaction to not taking the car. I dislike him and his open mouth.
I thought that Jade might have been ok but on hearing some of her bullshine I've re-evaluated.
I agree Nick's ok...I was amused by his sweary anguish at having to nom face to face, in his red tie and sports jacket!

I think Nick's a great HM and controversially redface4 I like Adjoa. I despise Danny, Kieron and Jack and don't like Harriet but I'm ok with Sarah and Jade and Aaron even and I need to see more of Joel to really evaluate him. I think he's taking the piss a lot of the time but I'm not sure. I guess I'm indifferent to Chloe and Eileen. Have I missed anyone out smiley-huh

Have I missed anyone out smiley-huh I'm pretty much with you on all of those you know, perhaps with the exceptions of Jade and Aaron. But I also quite like Adjoa so far too for some reason, I especially liked when she took extra butter on her already fully loaded bread whilst Kieron was laying down the butter laws. I think she could be very entertaining. Agree also with what you said about Joel, I'm trying to work him out too. He asks a lot of random questions seemingly from nowhere, like the waterboarding one, but then that was good as it flushed out Eileen's hypocrisy regarding the importance of maggot vs human life, lol. How about that Christian? I find myself feeling a bit sorry for him sometimes (against my better judgement).

Ah yes Cristian, that's how he spells it I don't think it's his real name and makes him seem a bit pretentious. Did you hear him in the House of Commons Debate task? He was so well spoken smiley-huh His voice and accent change depending on what part he is playing. Still despite all of that I do kind of like him. I get the impression he's quite insecure and I suppose that is a bit endearing but I shall have to reserve over all judgement until we get to know him a bit more. Really gutted Adjoa went Even though I like Sarah I don't think she has nearly as much to offer as Adjoa did and I would have preferred her to go.

The great British public voices it's collective opinion once more. I wonder if there are any trends in the pattern of the first housemate voted out by the public each year.
If there are, I wonder if those trends would be considered legal in other areas of society.

Also, the girl didn't stand a chance (as if she ever did even before she so much as spoke) when even BBOTS were allowing her to be called Ebola on air (as you pointed out Mo). Funny old world.

Ok, well I watched an hour of this last night, to try and see what was going on.
All I saw was Reg Varney from On The Buses being really gobby. Where was Jack? He usually put him in his place by nicking the best birds. And I noticed Reg has grown tits now.
Didn't see Blakey either, he'd have controlled Reg by telling him to get that bus out.
All looked out of control to me.

Haha UQ which one looks like Stan Butler? What's everyone think of things atm? In a huge turnaround I'm finding that I literally cannot get enough of watching Pieface/Jack, I'm finding him hilarious in a Brent-tastic way. Loved it when he sidled over to Cristian in his dressing gown and said "watch yourself, that's all I'm saying' like some wise old sage but about ten years after the fact! Love watching him unravel over grub too. In other news, I've decided I like Joel. He was pretty astute when he remarked that Jade had targeted Nick to influence as he nominates face to face first every week, so other hm's were likely to follow his lead. He seems pretty good-natured too.

What's going on with this show, it's definitely becoming unrecognisable!
4 hm's going on Friday, not to mention the fact that they will be from the group who were not nominated.
Now I read that Aaron's been removed for unacceptable behaviour. Didn't know there was such a thing in BB's books since last year's winner! m1826

Glad to see Showbiz back although it was entirely predictable. I really, really, really, really want to see Mummy's Boy Jack go. Absolutely loathe him. However, as usual, the ones that I hate seem to get a free pass to the final.

Jack's only got one immunity left now so we could see him gone soon. My wish was that he gave the game away with the twist and was out on his ear with no car, no winner's money and no real chance to capitalise on his time in there I'd love Showbiz to win now just to really piss all the HMs off smileys-cheers-249214
