I'm glad Carina won and so well deserved. No sob stories just a drive to succeed with her dream. Thomas was a worthy assistant to her and I actually cried when he shed a tear. That picture board was his creation yet again. I hope he succeeds too.

Scarlett did try and throw Carina under the bus just before Carina got selected by saying that Carina does not have an advantage over her.
Crying in interviews is so "woe is me" and unprofessional.

I didn't like it when she did that Corrie because Carina's business is a family business so she'll have grown up with it and will have loads of knowledge and experience but Scarlett tried to imply that she knew more/had more experience in her field than Carina did hers which is nonsense. Mind that's the only black mark against Scarlett otherwise I liked the way the two women were actually professional, supportive and indeed friendly with each other. But I'm so pleased Carina won. The food market is massive and her bread looked delicious. I liked her, level-headed, straight talking and what you see is what you get but with a warmth to her. And she's a family girl. And of course the lovely Thomas was on her team as enthusiastic as ever and utterly adorable! I'm still not sure if I want to shag him or mother him (apologies for bringing the tone down ...)

I thought that Scarlett's presentation was far more professional and smooth but it appears that as LordSug already has two recruitment businesses he decided to go for something different, i.e. artisan bread. Lottylion really seemed like she didn't give a stuff and didn't really want to be there. Ryan Mark was as prattish as ever. Nice to see Thomas, hope it isn't the last we have seen of him BOSH.
