With the bar set low enough where an ant can limbo dance under it.......I`m guessing its only a matter of time before loudmouth Katie Hopkins gets her own talk show.

Funny you should mention that, there was some programme on a minor channel featuring her tonight (or tomorrow) called 'If Katie Hopkins Ruled The World' (God forbid! ) Not sure what the format is because I've absolutely no intention of watching the cow. (or did you already know about this and that's what you meant redface4 )

Lotty I had no idea she was in a tv show. I don`t read anything about her if I can help it. Car crash tv is something I try to avoid.

I like the sheepdog thingy redface4 Me too! I embarrassed to say that but yeah sheepdogs, sheep - what's not to love? I especially liked it when Amanda Lamb's (has there ever been such an appropriate name?) sheep were released ("RELEASE THE SHEEP!") and swiftly jumped over the bars to safety smiley-biglaugh Never bothered with that BBQ thing, if I want to watch people burning things on a BBQ I'll watch MrL, lol! I normally despise 'celebrity' crap, but I like Flockstars because of what it involves. Living in the depths of rural Wales and having farming relatives, I've been around sheep and sheepdogs since before I could walk, their practically in my blood so a show involving herding is right up my street . And trust me, it is not as easy a task as the show makes it look, I wonder how many takes it took for Brendan's perfect run first time, as it just doesn't work like that smiley-biglaugh .

I love dogs too so perheps I'd better watch Flockstars! I will not be watching BBQ Champs though. Total cobblers To be honest Escargot, after watching the second episode it has now got thoroughly on my wick and I am watching solely because of the dogs. Yet again, they had two totally perfect rounds, that finished in record time . FFS m1323 m1323 m1323 . You CANNOT just put sheep around a course and into a pen as easy as that and certainly not that quick! Real proper trials have a set time (normally 10 minutes - 10 ITV not 3!) and many, many fail to complete their run, usually at the pen because sheep being sheep don't just obligingly walk in to a little enclosure for you like they do on Babe. That's 10 full minutes, yet this show has them completed in just over 2?! And there's no breakaways, no stubborn sheep that holds its ground and refuses to move, none that awkwardly go straight past the post, bridge or pen opening and have to be regrouped, or just point blank run anywhere except where you want them to. Wow where do they get these perfect, almost robotic sheep from, I'm sure the locals would love them instead of the stubborn unpredictable wool balls we have that do exactly those unwanted actions. The most unrealistic, infuriating, Disneyesque show I've seen, I sincerely hope there won't be another series.

I used to have sheep - they were a nightmare to round-up. Maybe they have radio-controlled sheep for this show to make the contestants look like experts?
BW this just reminded me of something funny. When my brother was a gormless teenager he thought the Old Grey Whistle Test was sheepdog trials!! That's another of those gems that we delight in reminding him about now he's fifty:)
