Poor Connie, she is certainly having a melt down. Bit dangerous her operating though when she's pumped full of tranquillisers! Didn't she make that mistake on Saturday on that caesarian woman but then passed it off as the new Dr Archie's error? Terrible. But yes you can't help but to feel sorry for her as she went through an horrific ordeal, it was a brutal attack and it's no wonder she's still reeling. She's so small and slight too that somehow the attack seemed worse! Really enjoying Casualty at the moment. Maddy Hill is doing great as Ruby too. She's fast becoming one of my favourite characters. Feel so sorry for Jacob and everything with his mum.

Bloody hell! Never thought I'd see the day *faints* Are we sure that Casualty will survive? Is it a bit like the Ravens in the Tower of London? Once he goes Casualty will fall?
Of course in reality he'd have been retired a good while ago and we haven't really seen that much of him since Duffy died, more like a background character, so perhaps he's been winding down for a while?

Even though he rarely appears in it these days, it will be the end of an era when he goes. William Beck (Dylan) will be the longest serving cast member despite only debuting back in 2011.
Will be interesting to see how they write him out for good. Hope some old characters return like Louis Fairhead, Josh Griffiths, Connie Beauchamp and Ash.

I’d forgotten Ash had come back as a doctor, but was unceremoniously written out about a year later. Josh seems to be allowed back periodically to see Charlie etc.
Never forgiven them for killing Baz tbh.

Casualty has been very good since it's return. Really hitting home that the NHS is broken. {Spoiler} This is leading up to Charlie's exit.

I keep forgetting it's back on. Just looked and there's 3 on my planner! I'll have to get them watched this weekend.

I used to love the show but find it took dark and depressing now and it has become like a psychological thriller instead of a hospital drama like it was 30 years ago. I watched an episode recently and it has become too depressing.
