I thought it was ludicrous that Johnny didn't take that mobile and put it on silent. Or just take it off her altogether before they went in. An obvious plot device to make Linda screw up but it didn't work for me. They could have just had her breaking under the slightest pressure as she's on her last nerve at the moment anyway. Well done Bernie, putty in Dean's hands. Not the first person to be taken in by him but this time it's done real damage. Her instincts are right that Linda is acting guilty but she hitched her wagon to the wrong horse which was cruelly brought home to her when he just got up and left the table after he got what he wanted and didn't even pretend to care about Keanu. I suppose it's a good result for people who didn't like someone being stitched up for something they didn't do even if he is a rapist. What next in the Six storyline? The Linda actress is great, she's playing a blinder, but I'm quite fed up of drunk, mouthy, anxious Linda now. A woman scorned and all that. Wouldn't surprise me if Bernie owns up to the letters and Linda goes ahead as a witness. Yes definite possibility, grasssing Dean up for plotting from prison and that undue pressure was put on Linda. So this could just be a set back. However the barrister might decide that Linda isn't up to testifying anyway unless she seriously sorts herself out and climbs out of the bottle.

Lovely scenes with Linda and Gina and also Gina and Johnny. Anna is the weak link right now and is doing my head in with Freddie. I don't blame Bobby, Clay for leaving with all this dross. Again the Linda and Johnny scenes were good. A good duff duff. I hope Bernie sees sense and shops Dean and he does get sent down, even though he didn't do it. But it would be justice for Linda.

The argument between Linda and Johnny was well done. I can feel his pain. What Bernie did was just awful plying Linda with vodka. If she's got a conscience now that Linda is going to be hospitalised she should shop Dean to the police over what he got her to do.
Sonia demanding the ring back from Suki and Eve. Like she's got £2,000 reimburse them. Brenda's back, this should be good as he results of the postmortem must be due soon.
Total filler with Cindy, Junior, Peter and Lauren. Anna's acting is pretty poor but then again I always questioned how she got a role in EE.

Gina should really train for a job in a caring profession. She's actually a lovely young woman for people in need. She was kind and empathetic with both Linda and Johnny. She's wasted behind that bar.
Yeah I felt Johnny's pain too. Been there (but never told them I wanted them dead) and the frustration that someone 'won't' just stop is beyond frustrating. The actor's doing a cracking job of showing the emotion and frustration involved in watching someone in the midst of an addiction.
I hope that Bernie hangs her head in shame when she realises what she did. I know she's frustrated but that was a horrible, thoughtless thing to do.
Sonia is getting on my last nerve. Eve bought that ring fair and square and her guilt tripping her into giving it back without giving her the money back was some kind of cheek! (and I'm not being nasty but 2K for a second-hand gold and garnet ring? Don't be silly EE).
And once again she finds out that Reiss lied to her but does she give him hell? Nope. What's happened to her?

I wonder if she'd have got the role otherwise?

A powerful episode tonight. The scenes with Charlie Suff and Kellie Bright were excellent. You could feel the heartbreak from Johnny when his Mum was disappointed she was still alive.
Charlie Suff is settling into the role, but he still isn't Johnny for me. I don't like the writing for Sonia, she would not be so gullible. This is not Sonia. The excellent Nichola McAuliffe relishing her scenes as Brenda, watch our Reiss!
The only nonsense was the Jean scenes with Freddie and Cindy and Junior.

The best episode of the week so far. I have to say though that just looking at Junior turns my stomach. I hope him and Cindy get found out sooner rather than later.

Strong scenes between Linda and Johnny. I'm rooting for Linda to get back on the wagon but the stress from Dean's court case isn't going away so I'm not hopeful Glad Bernie looked guilty, so she should. Loving Debbie's mother, a right thorn in the side of stupid Sonia and Reiss. How Sonia can sit there wearing that ring is beyond me. I just don't get her any more. She can't be that desperate for a man surely? And how's she just going to up sticks? She has a job FGS! I just don't get Junior and Cindy. It's icky that she's shagging her ex's son and her daughters half-sibling and why's he shagging his dad's ex-wife and mother of his half-sisters who's so much older than him?! I'm not watching thinking 'wow, lucky woman!' I'm just thinking 'Yuck, get a psychiatrist, these two need help!' I too hope they're found out sooner rather than later.

Poor episode to end the week. The Knights all drinking champagne in the Vic to celebrate alcoholic Linda returning to the fold. Nice one, not! Cindy and Junior having a shag in the ladies toilet. Nice one, not! Sharon offers Bernie a room in her house, no but you will pay 2 months rent in advance on one of Jack's flats which has miraculously just become available. You couldn't make it up. King Phil threatening Reiss, Nice one!

Molly Rainford as Anna is very poor and it shows when with Gina, Francesca Henry. I loved Bernie's face accepting Sharon's offer. She still thinks Sharon killed Keanu.

It's now Sunday and my abiding memory of Thursday's episode was Cindy and Junior playing with fire not only shagging in the bogs (classy!) where anyone could've walked in but also touching each other up under the table where anyone could've seen. Those two are tapped in the head especially Cindy who has so much more to lose than him.
Cindy hasn't matured at all. She's sixty-ish now(?) and still going on like she was in her early 20s. Pathetic.

Pathetic. She's 56. I wonder if they'll have her e end up pregnant with Juniors baby. I know given her age it's unlikely but not impossible. That would be an interesting family tree to work through

Yeah it’s hard to remember Cindy is 6 years younger than Michelle.

So Harry got beat up? mugged? why does Teddy not want to go back to his old manor?
"The Sonia I knew would never have turned a blind eye to theft." We are all thinking this Sharon.
Nice scenes with Elaine and Linda.
