It was quite a painful episode and you are right Holey that the only decent scene was between Sharon and Elaine. Anna just annoys me full stop so this pregnancy/abortion storyline to get Bobby off the cast list is going to be a nightmare. Jane please come back and take him away tout suite so we can move on from boringville.

A slight improvement on Last night but only Just. Molly Rainford abysmal as Anna. I am struggling to find anything really positive to say. It was nice to see a sort of caring side to Ian re Bobby. Apart from that you could have missed the episode.

Yes just a tad better than Monday's episode. Poor Bobby and it was good to see Ian giving him some relationship advice. Molly Rainford’s acting seems to be getting worse. The girl is out of her depth.

Summer time and early autumn does seem to be when soaps hit the wall due to lighter nights and hotter weather meaning people go out more, but as we are now in mid September they will probably pick up again soon and we will get beefy storylines again.

Best episode of the week so far, but the bar has not been set very high. Why would Mo behave like that to Sonia, she knows Sonia she delivered her baby?
Clay Milner Russell saved tonight's episode. He was very good, I wish he had ended with Anna.

Cindy is one nasty bitch lying to Bobby about Anna's feelings for Freddie. Clay stole the show tonight and Ian isn't going to be that happy that he's going to leave for the Cotswolds to be with Jane. The sooner Ian finds out about Cindy and Junior the better.
Mo has turned into vindictive gossip on the Square. She has no endearing qualities at all.
That was a bit of a stupid move by Vinny throwing the family heirloom in the bin with Nish watching on.

Well that was a much better episode to end the week. Finally we get a decent script, well done Daran Little. Adam Woodyatt very good as was Gillian Taylforth. Strong scenes at the graveyard. Loved Kathy laying into Cindy and I loved Kathy telling Bobby how much he means to her. Nice ending with Jane appearing. A shame there was no Julia theme. A pity Clay is leaving would have much preferred Anna and Freddie to beggar off. Did anyone notice the mistake into tonight's episode when Nish instead of calling his ex-wife Suki called her by her real name Balvinder. Surprised they let that slip and not reshoot.

Bye. bye Bobby. Clay played a blinder for his last episode and I read somewhere that Daren Little thinks he is a smashing actor. Loved Ian in the Vic telling Anna some home truths and he shut down Gina which was well needed in the situation. Kathy was also brilliant at telling Bobby what he means to her and then giving Cindy a good rinsing. When Bobby sat in the back seat of Jane's car I was hoping we were going to see Masood sitting in the front passenger seat but not to be.

Ian may join him when he finds out about Cindy & Junior.

Not as good episodes as the week before even though they covered hard hitting subject like abortion - but then they ruined it by giving the storyline to Anna. She's just a whiny drip. I'd love to have seen this in the hands of a more capable actress. But this is the week we lost Bobby to the Cotswolds. I really enjoyed seeing some fire in his belly again when he found out about Freddie and Anna's betrayals. I obviously didn't want to see him killing anyone again but there's no doubt he'd buried that temper deep inside and was sometimes insanely calm and compliant so seeing that passion escape again was great. Good for him for getting away but I wish it had been Anna and Freddie instead. Ian did his best bit of acting in a while when he was describing the loss of his kids and not wanting to lose Bobby. Very moving. Cindy was an utter bitch as usual trying to get Bobby out of Anna's life. Fancy that eh? Your daughter having a boyfriend who is kind and treats her well, nah, get rid. She needs an exciting one that'll shag her in the bogs The woman is an idiot. Did I imagine it though or did she look slightly guilty when she saw Ian's reaction to Bobby leaving? The scenes at Lucy's graveside were very powerful too with a few welcome home truths for Cindy. Idiotic mistake by Vinnie allowing himself to be swayed by Suki into dumping Nish's gift in the bin. Why would you do that anyway never mind where he could see! Stupid and they'll deserve what's coming next. Mo return from whence you came you poisonous bitch. Less Anna next week please.

Not a bad episode to start the week, nice to see Kathy back on the stall. Rewind to 1985. Teddy was sinister to Jack, quite like that side to Teddy. Balvinder Sopal as Suki excellent as always. You just new Nish was going to be the taxi driver. Is Vinny brown bread, I doubt it. I did smile at the duff duff. I noticed the Beeb finally updated the BBC Logo on the opening titles tonight.

Well we just knew that Nish would be driving the taxi. Did he steal it from Kat? I reckon Ravi might save the day though because surely Vinny isn't leaving.
Decent start to the week although Bianca's arrival slightly ruined it for me.
