Well it's not been a great week.
Kat has only popped up for a few times this week with her battered face and we need to see more. Inspector Jean has a feeling all is not right given the differences in ailments between Kat and Tommy.
I don't think I can take much more of Jack and Denise. She has signalled the divorce though after seeing Jack and Stacey having a hug. Why didn't Jack just tell her that although it's over with her they are still friends.
It was good to see Priya and Avani have a good mother and daughter scene.
I hope next week is better.

Weds:
Jessie Wallace star of the episode, although not in it much, her expressions said it all. Who needs words? Warming to Barney. I am glad Chelsea is not going to jail, Zaraah is too good of an actor to loose. A disappointing episode with poor writing.

Thurs:
I loved Priya's face when she thought Avani and Barney were an item. The Priya and Avani scenes were the best bit of the episode. Sophie Khan Levy star of the episode. I did smile at Denise to Kim: "You do know that people call you Fox News?" The delivery was excellent by Diane Parish.
I agree Wallis not the best of weeks, but they were never going to top last week.

Loved it when Junior told Peter Beale off for talking to him, when he is concentrating. Nothing more distracting than listening to their insufferably boring yammering.

A fairly decent start to the week with plenty going on. Nice to have a sober "normal" Linda for now anyway. I like her friendship with Alfie. So what has Harry been up to? Poor Barney. I think Ravi has bitten off more than he can chew, taking on Teddy, way out of his depth. I am not sure that was a clever move Ravi dangling a boy with special needs from the bridge. A shocking Duff duff.

Interesting information that Jack has found out about Harry's ex-girlfriend. I wonder if it was her that Harry was referring to when he said to Teddy some weeks ago that you know who had been asking questions about where they had moved to.
Ravi overreacting about Barney without getting the facts right. Maybe he should have talked to Avani before chasing the poor lad around the Square and ending up on the railway bridge. I did smile at the folks below just looking up at the boy dangling over the edge upside down. Teddy is going to go ballistic and little wonder.
Phil's selling the club.

A pity it wasn't Tommy dangling off the bridge. Shane Richie, Jessie Wallace and Sonny Kendall very good tonight. I am liking the new Mitchells now, lots of things to find out. The Panesar's have met their match. Will it be Suki to sort this mess out? Ravi deserves all he gets and more.

I enjoyed tonight's episode. What Kat & Alfie do about Tommy I haven't a clue but I know what I would do with him. The scenes with them along with Freddie were really good. War has been announced between the Panesars and the Mitchells now that the Call Centre has been torched.

I also enjoyed tonight's episode, bonkers but entertaining.
Tommy is a total monster but I feel he needs help, like Bobby Beale did a while ago when he got handy with the golf club to Jane.

Sure he needs help like being sent to a Young Offenders Unit just like Bobby to learn some respect for others and how to rein in any aggressive behaviour.

Why did Kat not clean the mess up before going to bed? Lewis Bridgeman as Barney was excellent tonight. It won't belong before Barney's Mum Nicola makes an appearance. Jessie Wallace excellent as always. The Tommy storyline is disturbing but being played out very well. So Jean has had the courage and sense to call Social Services.

Being a kid is no excuse for vile behaviour. At 14 Tommy is old enough to know right and wrong. And plenty of kids his age are good as gold.
If a defence lawyer said "He is only a kid, he will learn" I would reply "Yes, only after a few months in a state prison full of hardnuts".
