I mean think about it: We never saw her body anything could have been in that coffin Sharon buried, Also let's not forget EE's history of bringing people back from the dead first Den then Kathy both of whom had been "dead" for nearly 20 years (Den from 1989-2003 Kathy from 2000-2016) so it's not entirely impossible!

It's Arthur Fowler I want to see back... I'd probably tune in just for that...

Good point nostalgianerd.
I honestly wouldn't put anything past EE now after Kathy! If they died off-screen and we didn't see it happen it's open to interpretation by whatever EP is in charge - as DTC proved. He only brought her back because he could IMO, it was an ego trip which has barely been worth it as she's been about as exciting as a wet lettuce. Dynamic she ain't. Waste of time.

It's just not feasible that Angie died to me, i think she got tired of being lied to and cheated on so she thought "screw this" and faked her death like Den did to get away from The Firm....i smell a fanfic!

But at the time Angie is supposed to have died, the world believed Den was really dead. Until Dennis stumbled across it wasn't Jan the only person who knew the truth?
I think it does open up a can of worms though, basically we could all now doubt every death that happened off screen since 1985!
I'd love to see Angie Watts back in EE but Anita Dobson has declined it so many times and no one else could play her now really. It's rather touching that a character who was only on screen for 3 years out of the 31 EE has been on air created such an impact. There isn't really a Corrie or Emmerdale equivalent, that I can think of.
I think half the problem with Kathy is that since her return she's drifting/existing. She is single and living in Ian's spare bedroom. Give her a man and a place to call her own (there's plenty of empty flats!)

Den still isn't dead, the guy who returned in 2003 was an imposter sent by Den just in case the mob were still after him, and Angie was never dead.
Thanks

I think it's entirely feasible that she exists in a pickled state, probably wondering who that headless bloke they laid to rest of top of her is.
