Personally, I don't think so. He's only 11 and he's in prison. But the thing is, there have been lots of examples of criminals organising things on the outside while they are still banged up. Is it too far fetched ? I don't know. He might be worth questioning as to his whereabouts at the time of the crash. I mean, okay, he was in prison. But whereabouts in the prison ? In his cell ? Did anyone see him ? I doubt it. In the shower ? Was there anyone else having a shower with him who could vouch for him ? If so, how many of them were there in this "shower" ? They are all f*****g liars in there anyway. You wouldn't be able to trust a word they said.
I just think it might be worth exploring. Leopards don't change their spots overnight.

He's definitely a criminal mastermind Mo, have you noticed how Dot has gone downhill since his genius left the square? Of course he must be behind it you are brilliant Mo, but he will never be caught, he is the next Al Capone of the square.

Couldn't rule it out though. May as well be hung for a sheep as a lamb. When Bob gets out, nobody will want to get on the school bus with him.

He won't be taking any prisoners, that's for sure. He'll be hard as nails as well by then. That Square will be his plaything. I don't scare easily but I won't be setting foot in Walford, even if Whitney is desperate for sex with anybody. Bob's put me right off.

Even Philth will call Bob "Sir" when Bob gets out of jail. And Bob will tell him to remove that greying ferret that has crawled onto his chin and died.
