Neighbours and Home And Away. Do they have anything in common or are they 2 totally different shows and should not be compared anywhere near as much s they are?
I feel they have very little in common and are 2 totally separate shows living their own soap lives and are worlds apart.
H&A had a 3 year pre televised planning/conception period before it hit the air in Jan 1988. It was originally supposed to be a 20 episode series but in late 1986 when the H&A project was 2 years old, they made it into a 5 day a week soap to replace Neighbours and Sons And Daughters.
