Anybody watching the wonderful new series of Shetland? The first one aired Tuesday at 9pm on every week for 6 weeks! Love this show, the scenery is fabulous, the characters well developed and it's a new case and we know there'll be many twists and turns to come

Yes, I've watched them all and like you I love the scenery, the stories and of course Douglas Henshall.

This series is really hotting up, but I still don't entirely know what is exactly going on at times, but get the feeling you're not really meant to work out whodunnit, but the journey on this show is thrilling enough not to want to miss a moment.

So who done it then? It wasn't Thomas or Lars.
I hope it wasn't Duncan but my money is on Sally's Dad or Allan's Mum.

Not sure Walz, I agree it definitely wasn't Thomas, I knew from the beginning it was almost certainly not him, but I haven't got a clue beyond that, the Norway episdoes I was able to follow to an extent, but when they returned to Shetland I felt a bit lost. I'm sure it will all come together though, I do really love this series though.

Just discovered this on Britbox and its brilliant. Wonderful cast, great acting against the backdrop of the Shetland coast. How did I miss this first time around?

Love the scenery too, so open. The Scottish islands are on my hit list to visit. One of my maternal great-grandmother's came from the Outer Hebrides, be nice to retrace some of my ancestors.
You always get a good, meaty story with Shetland. Good actors too.

Series 7 next year - cannot wait. We all knew that dozy Duncan was being played by evil Donna, apart from him of course.
