Amazing how dodgy lawyers or the CPS downgrade the charges of a serious crime. The GBH charge was a joke. He should have got attempted murder and been put away for years and years. Poor Paul will be disabled forever because of him. Lesser charges for stabbing, shooting, severe beatings may encourage people to do such acts if they think "slap on the wrist, a suspended sentence". Sentences should be tougher, not more lenient. You say that now CEF... But if the shoe was on the other foot... You would be hoping you get charged with the least possible crime... Believe me...
I got arrested once for fighting... I had been to work that day and was fitting windows... I had a Stanley knife in my pocket when they searched me... Tried slapping attempted murder on me for that reason alone...
It ended with common assault... Which was eventually dropped...

After an excellent start this seems to have gone off the boil a bit. Thought the one yesterday about the two druggie thieves who had commandeered the flat of the vulnerable girl a bit uninteresting.

Yeah it was a bit dull... They should have kept the best until last...
They do the same with Who Do You Think You Are... Best ones on first... Then all the shite on after... I always end up not watching the last few...

Last episode of the series yesterday and this one was better with the creepy stalker bloke who got away with it for lack of evidence.

You see... That is either clever editing or different perspectives... Because I was convinced it was her...
He had spurned her for whatever reason... And she was getting the ultimate revenge...

This is back and not a bad one last night about the very odd guy who was cleared of the murder of his alcoholic partner as she was deemed to have slashed her own throat with a bottle - ug.

Bit cheeky of you Butter. That 'odd guy' as you put it was a fully qualified doctor, a former policeman, and an expert judo teacher I'll have you know. He also liked going commando, although he didn't like talking about it.

He was an arrogant bugger wasn't he?! Couldn't believe the neck of him when he was being interviewed.
Bit of a comedown - surgeon to lag!

Yeah the thieving twat... It's always straight to jail and do not pass go where fraud is concerned... For a surgeon he wasn't the sharpest scalpel in the tray...
See what I did there...?

Back with a new series last night... Did anyone catch it...?
I was a bit annoyed by the end to be honest... The guy was protecting his home and family... I'd like to think we would all do the same in a similar situation...
However he did go a bit OTT... But in my opinion as it turned out not far enough... The two scrotey bastards were still out thieving again with "life changing injuries" indeed...
What angered me was the two scrotes got off with a fine and 200 hours of community service... While the victim in all of this got a 22 month custodial... You couldn't make it up...
The way the world is going there will be more vigilante attacks... We will all be taking the law into our own hands soon... We will have to because the police don't give two shits about the common decent folk of this world...
Get tooled up now... There will be armed muggings for your shopping next while walking home from the supermarket... Mark my words...

Caught this yesterday and what a sad unjust story. But he should not have gone out after them, being as they didn't even take anything, with his car which could be classed as a weapon and of course he didn't lose control of the car but control of his temper more like and tried to bat them off the bikes. Fair do's if he had confronted them at his property and bashed em with a hammer or stabbed them then its self defence. You couldn't help but feel for him though, a decent hardworking family guy that had obviously done quite well for himself that ruined his life over a stupid hot headed decision. While the two little waste of air and space scroats, that one with his mouth constantly open made me want to punch the telly, were still committing crimes despite their over milked 'terrible' injuries. The law is certainly an ARSE or an ASS.

Yes the judge certainly made an example of someone who saw red trying to protect his family and home. Made sure that many of us think twice in case we end up in bigger trouble than the 'career criminal' parasites who are going to rob us blind. It's beyond belief that he got jail time (he's still wearing a tag) yet they got off with a slap on the wrist. Yeah, that's going to put them off doing it again No wonder they have no fear of the law and those 'terrible' injuries that would have made prison hard for them (ah, shame) didn't stop them stealing a car!! A spur-of-the-moment action by a decent man was punished more than the deliberate, planned actions of the career thieves. The area had been plagued by burglaries, what's the betting it wasn't their first time visiting his neighbourhood? I had no sympathy for them and their injuries. If they'd never turned up at his house they wouldn't have had them. Actions = consequences. Not everyone is going to take someone breaking into their home lying down even though that's what we're encouraged to do and just phone the police, who would have taken how long to come out? If they did at all? Good news is that a gofundme crowd funder has raised over £166K for him and his family so far. I think the British public have spoken! EDIT: look how different they were being questioned? The never been in trouble with the law guy couldn't talk enough completely cooperating whereas they just clammed up with their 'no comment'. No comment was introduced to stop the police being able to stitch innocent people up yet it's the crims who use it!
