I started watching these on YouTube last night. Why is Charles always given low marks? He`s absolutely brilliant....and consistently so. I may be a little bit biased as I`ve always liked him since he first appeared in EE as Ray, and love him in Casualty as Jacob Masters. But he`s still an excellent dancer. Charles did an absolutely superb Charleston dance - my fave dance move ever.
I think I must`ve been born in the wrong era.

Thankfully last night with his magnificent Samba he was given the scores he rightly deserved.

Totally agree @wendybee, love Charles. No idea why he was marked so low, the guy's got natural rhythm and is a great mover, really feels the beat of the music. Thankfully he got good marks this week, his Samba was brilliant. 'Charles Venn it's a TEN!'

I`m wondering if Charles is getting lower marks on purpose so that the tension is built up over the weeks even more to hopefully make him the winner.

I'm thinking the producers want a girl to win this year as it's been the men who have won for the last few years. I hope I'm wrong as I think he is a barry (fine) dancer.

Well that was a complete and utter shambles............. I think Shirley had been on the juice. I don't know why they do these Lindy hop-a-thon's and the like as we can't see what all the dancers are doing. We could all have predicated the scoring for it as well.

So glad that Ashley was in the bottom two. Maybe after that she might get the message from the public. Bloody ringers shouldn't be allowed! When we see how improved Stacey, Joe and Charles are then that is what the show is all about for me.

Ashley in the dance off again! haha! They'll push her into the final but she won't win, and she must know it now? I wonder what they'd do if she was in the bottom with Faye next week? Doubt it'll happen but I'm curious to know who they'd save.
Very sorry to see Charles go. A fine fella indeed, I like a masculine man (are you still allowed to say that nowadays lol!) . I'll miss him. Poor man getting the Rumba on Movie week, his was a great Rumba but it looked lack-lustre compared to all the more showy dances so I'm not surprised.
Some great dances last night, I thought I was going to hate Faye and Gio's Sound of Music Charleston but ended up loving it, very clever.

Gutted that Charles has left and you are right Lotty he got the worst dance for Musicals Week but he did do well. It's a boring dance IMO yet he got great critique for it. Karen Clifford isn't my favourite Pro but it was great so see her get her first 10 with him.
If I was a gambler I would put money on Ashley not going to win. As discussed earlier the British Public don't like foreigners in the show no matter how good they are or what dancing skills they bring with them at the beginning.
Faye is really good as well but this is what she does for her bread and butter these days by all accounts so I don't want her to win either. Another ringer!
I think I putting my reality money on Stacey. Kevin has done so well with the choreography which I believe is his own rather than someone else putting it together for them. Maybe he gets a bit of help though.
