Everyone who gave up on this, or judged it on episode one, missed out big style. It was a pretty decent drama and I loved all the Seventies cars & gear. I hated it too on ep 1, but at the back of my mind I thought, well Wallis said it was ok, so I'll stick with it until I'm in a position to give that Edinburgy-urgy lass a lesson in telly. Sadly, it got real good after that. So I never did. As per. It got better as it moved on didn't it Unk. A very stylish drama on all counts. It really took some sticking with mate, but was well worth the effort. First episode was a drag, trying to make head or tail of what was happening, but the other 3 flew past in a jiffy. There in lies a tale. I trusted you and was rewarded.

Another one you might like is 'Doing Money' shown on BBC2 last month as a one off drama and still available on iPlayer for the next month.
It is about a young Romanian woman who is snatched in broad daylight from a London street, trafficked to Ireland and used as a sex slave in a series of pop-up brothels. Her shocking true story offers a tense and thought-provoking thriller exposing how, in modern Britain, slavery can hide in plain sight.
I just watched it tonight.
