One little car crash and she has had months of recovery. Surely that's not right. Everyone knows that Mitchell's are indestructible. No matter how many car crashes or gun shots they get subjected to they just shake it off and forget about it instantly. I am surprised the rest of the Mitchell's aren't asking for a DNA test to be done.

Probably would except they got to cover for SW long absence.

Probably would except they got to cover for SW long absence. This, they've suspended the Mitchell reality of shootings, car crashes, and heart attacks being no more severe than the common cold. How else would Sam Womack fit in her 12 million films and other projects this year?

Probably would except they got to cover for SW long absence. But it's not at all realistic, no matter what trauma a Mitchell has to endure they can instantly get over it. Ronnies recovery is just inconsistent from what we know about this family.

I think that rule only applies to Phil . His superhuman powers of recovery never fail to amaze me. He could walk away from World War III and a nuclear holocaust with a few cuts and bruises.

In real life Phil would be dead years ago or in prison. He is so unrealistically invincible and TPTB earnestly think we should believe it instead of what we really think, we find his hardman act ridiculous. His 3 cronies are Ben, Billy and Jay. Them 3 are as scary as a goldfish.

Ronnie seemingly never inherited the Terminator gene which keeps Phil from dying. I can honestly see a Family Guy-esque scene where Death literally knock on Phil's door and gets told to do one!

I was just thinking about this the other day, Phil went through the windscreen of that beautiful Rover P6 and was up and about just a few weeks later. Maybe the Audi A4 just isn't as safe as a good old Rover?

Phil has survived 2 shootings, 3 car crashes, 2 dives into the inspection pit, almost being blown across Albert Square by an exploding car in 1994 and being whacked on the head by Dan Sullivan.

As long as we get to see Deaths horse Binky too then I shall be happy!

More importantly he survived after having sexual intercourse with Shirley. Not many people would dare to even go there.

Billy is even worse off. Because he's so distantly related to the other Mitchells, he probably doesn't possess the un-killable gene at all! Nor is he much of a schemer, everything he attempts will inevitably fail, leaving Bad-Luck Bill broke once again.
At least Ronnie can turn to Phil, Billy's never been a "proper Mitchell" which is ironic considering he's older than every other Mitchell!

Yeah Billy's branch of the family obviously don't have the same super gene. I mean Jamie got knocked over and died! Poor Billy is just a spare part these days.
