Bit of a fun thread this. Feel free to join in and add your own present suggestions.
What hypothetical present do you buy for the Street that’s seen everything?
1-A giant bottle of Tippex
That way, anytime any writer or producer does something stupid, it can be erased and never spoken of again.
2-A “municipal” car park behind Underworld where the residents can park all their cars and we can see them bringing out for a storyline.

A headstone for Ken for when his 107 year old father Frank finally snuffs it.
Fire extinguishers for the whole houses.

Condoms for Steve McDonald. Or perhaps surgery to finally get the neutered.

I watched Piers Morgan’s Life Stories on William Roache .He’s the one who needs condoms. He freely admits he bedded hundreds of women . All young women in Corrie too including Elsie Tanner.

No smoke without fire regarding his allegations as well, he does come across as a dirty man. I actually find Bill Roache is a one trick pony and his character is only a legend because he has been there since day one. His son Linus is a much more versatile actor.
At least Alf Stewart in H&A is legendary in other ways as well as being there since day 1.

Yeah Mum thinks Roache is creepy. Never meet your heroes (or let them talk about weird stuff on daytime TV)

I'd buy the street a dead body detector.

Roache and Barlow are basically the same at this point so just expect Ken. That's a given considering he has played the character for 60 years now.

Wouldn't Pat Phoenix have been older than Bill at the time? Yeah 9 years older but you get the impression she liked younger men, older men, any men. Alan Browning and Tony Booth were younger than her too, 3 and 8 years respectively

Pat Phoenix played herself really, just a fictional version of herself called Elsie Tanner.
I have heard Steve McFadden can be like Phil in real life, but not sure if this is true, could be they are doing what they did with Viviean grey, aka Mrs Mangel in Neighbours and confusing fiction with reality.
