Walnut Face has his finger in many pies now. He even has expanded to cosmetics.
To think in late 1988 in Emmerdale, old Amos Brearly bought a new computer, and it was an Amstrad one, and the logo was clearly seen on the box. Lord Sugar Walnut Face who was 41 at time time probably liked the product placement. It may have made him more revenue.

I'm gutted that Phil didn't get the £250,000 and the partnership with Alan Sugar. He could have persuaded him to open up more shops rather than pies by post. I thought his presentation was good after all his stumbling in previous tasks but who am I?
Rachel was good but gyms?? They are ten a penny these days.

I think Lord Sugar is losing the plot and perhaps its time to step back now and retire, as this is no longer his heyday 90s. Dismissed the pie delivery service out of hand, has he never heard of the success of Amazon and Deliveroo? And just because Phil said it was more than making profits, and why not its his family heritage, he was dismissed quite rudely I thought by the Old Dinasoar as to him its all about profit profit profit/money money money. £250k will go nowhere near building another gym and with them closing by the week I think he has made totally the wrong decision. I wish Phil all the best and may venture down to the South Coast and try one of his pies myself.

I knew that Phil had lost it as soon as he mentioned it not all being about profit - old Sugar didn't want to hear that the greedy sod. Pie delivery companies exist and do well, we've had pies delivered from a Yorkshire pie company. If you don't live local it's a great way of getting something you like. I would have loved Phil to win, firstly because I love pies (lol!) but also there would have been something marvellous about someone being on the losing side a record number of times (?) but still going on to win and he seemed a decent man who made a great pitch. But Sugar's greedy eyes lit up when Rachel mentioned making 250K from one gym in Leeds and TBH I think her gym will take off in Jesmond where they have upmarket money but still, how boring. A pie company would have been something a bit different. And yet another year where Sugar can't be bothered to get his arse back for the final. Much better set of candidates this year IMO, a lot less plastic for a start!

All about the money it is, especially when you consider Sugar's religion.

I think I’m done with The Apprentice. This year was unwatchable in places and now he’s picked a gym owner. It’s a crowded market. Everyone thinks they can run a gym. At least Marnie’s idea of a boxing gym showed diversification.
For the first time ever. Sugar has backed the wrong horse.
And yes I’m raging that he calls people who work from home lazy, yet he “dials in” to the show every year from his holiday home. The man is a cad and a bounder.

Two pie makers in one show...? What's the chance of that...?? Someone didn't do their research...
