Went to see Downton Abbey today, the first day it was released.
Really fabulous, thoroughly enjoyed it plus I love going to the cinema on my own.

If it's as good as the last one I'll give it a bye. The series was fine but was bored with the first film.

I thoroughly enjoyed it. A couple of hours of escapism , good acting and a lovely setting. In the overall scheme of things that is all I need from a film.

Last year I read a book called “Where the Crawdads Sing”. It was very good but a rather different storyline. I thoroughly enjoyed it. When I was at the cinema last week there was a trailer for this film. It’s on my list . Also when I was at Drama School we did a play, adapted from a short story called Flowers for Mrs Harris and we took it around Care Homes and schools. They’ve made a film of that too. Also life story of Elvis. Lots to see.
