One of the most memorable 1980s characters.
I would have to watch all episodes he was in but I wonder if there was any ref to Alan's family outside his wife and daughter Jenny, if he had any siblings or if he ever mentioned his parents.

Jenny has a maternal aunt-Doreen Warburton, but she sent her packing the same day Jenny lost her mother!
Wasn't Alan living with his sister in Leeds to begin with?

I would have to look at the 1986 episodes.
In 1965, there was a minor character called Roy Bradley, he was about 10. Maybe a younger cousin.

I was thinking last night while watching Jenny... Could they bring back Sir Alan Bradley...?
Imagine the look on Rita's face... That would be class... Go on ITV make it happen...

Jenny mentioned an aunty Frances recently.
Wikipedia says Jenny has a "other relative" called Richard Bradley. Somehow related to Alan.
They could bring Alan back from the dead to clash with Lewis Archer.
