Agreed with all of the above how great Casualty was in its infancy. Kuba was my fave porter in Casualty history til Big Mac cane along.

Agreed HoleyD In the real world If a nurse had spoken to a doctor the way Robyn spoke to Zoe..... she would have been severely reprimanded. If not fired. I`ve always disliked Robyn since her first day, but that scene with her and Zoe made me so angry. How dare she. And why Zoe didn`t say anything to her is beyond me.

I hate the ethos we seem to have in both Holby shows that the more junior the staff, the more likely they are to be right in any situation and it is fine for these 'fiesty' youn (usually) women to speak to their superiors like they are dirt on their show. Actually, not only is it okay, it is to be applauded that they don't let their 'lowly' status hold them back. They do exactly the same thing with Adele in Holby city and virtually everybody in that show treats Jac badly who, whatever her personality is a senior Consultant with about 20 years experience. Does anybody remember when the entire department sent Jac to Coventry for daring to hire a lawyer to defend her cause when Jonny sued for custody of her child, alleging she was an unfit mother?
Back to Casualty, Saturday's wasn't just mediocre, it was dire. As if anybody, foreign, nasty, privately employed or not would attempt to clamp an Ambulance, let alone one clearly on a call out.
Honey has gone off Ethan overnight. Louise has an attitude from hell, wouldn't want her treating me. Everybody except Lofty just treated that poor lady in love with the building as a joke even though it is a medically recognised condition.
After last week's improvement it was so disappointing. I actually rewatched the first two ever episode last night and the difference is staggering.

Seasons 1-3 were released on DVD some years ago. I'm not sure if they are still available in shops but you could try googling them.
Drama repeated Seasons 9 to about 15 about a year ago and will probably start them again soon.
Seasons 4 - 8 are much harder to come by but a lot of episodes are available on U-Tube.

Not to my knowledge kitkat1971. Think I've said this before but my theory is she did do it with some other tablets she got elsewhere so not recorded at the hospital like Rita thought

I'm lucky, I started taping them right at the start and carried on until season 11 so have my own little Archive which I can access whenever i want.
I've never uploaded anything to You-Tube though. It might seem selfish not to share but I'm afraid I'm just too worried about the copyright theft laws - it is still technically illegal to copy and share recordings.

I think for me the high point of the show was when Charlie and Baz finally got married and the team sang at their wedding!

I remember watching that episode when DirecTv had a channel that showed Casualty in the late 90`s. It was around that time I remember being horrified watching paramedic Josh Griffith`s house fire that killed his wife and two daughters. Truly heartbreaking.

I'd love it if BBC released more DVDs. I know some can be found on Youtube, but it would be nice having a collection to put on my shelf.
I would love to acquire the 20th season from 2005-2006 as it was the first proper time watching it. It was on Youtube but a copyright claim was made out against it and the videos were sadly removed. Wish these companies would release them as it is obvious people want to see them again.
