Debbie Dingle the Shouty Scarecrow is a disgrace. Like mother like daughter and the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I am just more disgusted with Ross as he thought he had more about him since he turned her down in her orange underwear that time. She wasnt too much in a rush to get to the hospital to put her hair up in a stylish bun from her post coital bed head.

I know Charity is bad but at least she has some charm, knows how to smile, flatter etc so you can understand how she gets the men and why they want to stay with her (always get the feeling that she'll know exactly what to do in bed too lol!)
All Debbie has going for her is her looks, that's it. Does she have a personality? I wouldn't be surprised if she lies there and stares at the ceiling when having sex! You cannot imagine that woman 'letting go'. Which always amazes me that she gets so many men who want to hang around. Shag her until they find out what a miserable mare she is I get as her looks will attract the blokes, but stay once they find out how depressing she is? Really?

Lotty my mouth is hanging open. Are you serious about Debbie's looks? My OH saw her the other night walking down the street with two long bony things sticking out from a short skirt and clumpy shoes and he just said what is that. And that horrible hair! Actually what is it with the women's hair on Emmerdale? Laurel looks like a toilet brush, Debbie ridiculous. Victoria has ruined hers

It is pretty disgusting the way she is treating Pete, I must admit. Poor guy does so much for her - looks after her kids (including Moses), looks after the house and does DIY around the place, and even makes tea for Debbie while she sits on her arse doing nothing. And what does Debbie do for Pete in return? She repays him by shagging his brother. Shameless. She obviously enjoys shagging both Ross and Pete as she gets the best of both worlds. Debbie is once again proving herself to be a prize skank with no morals.

I've got to admit here I was thinking from a young man's perspective i.e. my 23 year old son who stops and stares at the screen when she comes on saying she's nice to look at but she's a bloody miserable mare isn't she? smiley-biglaugh But I've also got to say at this point that neither of his long-term serious girlfriends looked or look like Debbie, they've got more cladding on them for a start (but they're not fat). My nephew also thinks she's quite nice but too skinny for him. From my perspective I think she's her looks are nice, nothing outstanding but like anyone she'd look a lot nicer if she smiled and was more cheerful! I also think she could do with eating a few pies from the ED catering van but perhaps she's one of those lucky few who can eat like a horse but still not put weight on? Grrr. As for her hair I loathe the pony tail, hate it and want to take the scissors to it lol!, but I quite like her hair when it's 'up' as the actress has a lovely long neck which gets shown off to it's advantage. Laurel's kind of suits her but I've never seen anyone in the real world with hair like styled like that (well, perhaps middle-aged female literature university professors!) and I agree, Victoria should have left hers well alone. But none of them are as bad as Chas's fringe! OMG. There aren't enough words. |

It's only after Pete has dumped her that Debola will realise what a good thing she had. Yes, I fear they may go the Andy Thugden route with Pete in his next relationship. I can see him growing bitter to the point where he becomes abusive, maybe more verbally abusive than physically abuse like Andy. It could be a interesting way to go, but I wouldn't them to do a complete 180 with the character and turn Pete into a bastard. I would like Pete to find another woman and build a life with her, that would be the best way to stick it to Debola and Dross. No doubt Debola would get jealous and come chasing after him. I just hope Pete beats Dross to a pulp and exposes Debola for the slapper she is before he dumps her and moves on  . |

Pete and Carly will probably end up screwing each other as some sort of get-your-own-back thing although they may end up having the last laugh as they sit back and watch the carnage when it all comes out about Ross and Charity.

Talking of Carly, she is miles better than Debbie in every single way. Why would Dross want that miserable sod of a woman when he has Carly? Is he blind? It boggles my mind. She is out of Dross's league. Let's compare her to Debbie, shall we? Carly has a bubbly, humourous, feisty personality, a nice figure with some actual meat on her body unlike Debbie ( ), a nice tomboy style dress sense, and just generally easy on the eye. Okay, she has her flaws as a person. But she is 100x a more attractive package than Debbie, who is just a walking cloud of misery. |

Ross and Carly could've had so much fun together and it would've been a nice contrast to the heavy, bittersweet relationship we got with Ross and Donna, but noooo; apparently Debbie and Ross is the better match free-rolleye-smileys-323 although I don't know in what universe since there's zero sexual chemistry between them.
