THe only thing that looks decent is the Agatha Christie drama.
The next instalment in the collection of Agatha Christie stories for BBC One is Sarah Phelps’ adaptation of The ABC Murders, Christie’s classic 1936 title. The three part drama sees Poirot, played by John Malkovich, as he attempts to thwart a killer that’s travelled the length and breadth of Britain via the railway network. Rupert Grint stars alongside Malkovich as Inspector Crome.

I always look forward to 'Call the Midwife' on Christmas Day. Will there be a Christmas edition of 'Victoria' this year? I hope so.
I can remember as a kid getting excited when our Mam brought home the Christmas editions of the TV Times and Radio Times around the 15th of December. Me and my twin sis used to be sat at the dinner table for hours circling the shows we wanted to watch with felt pen.

Charley's Christmas TV fact:
In 1984, 87 million people watched the Queens speech... In 2017 only 3.7 million people watched it...

What a fantastic episode of 'Call the Midwife' tonight. It was the best ever. But then I say that after every Christmas episode. I wasn't looking forward to seeing Miriam Margolyes, but she was a wonderful character - much better than I expected. She reminded me quite a bit of a Margaret Rutherford type.
