Hey which kids would you like to see more off in Eastenders? This is a serious thread I don't want any silly answers. I would like to see more of Lily, Janet and Amy.

Janet's a little star so I'd definitely love to see more of her. I couldn't care less about any of the others.
I thought Kamil Masood was adorable, shame he's not about anymore.

I want Lily to do more of her 'Exorcist' routine like off of last night - where residents wake up and she's standing over their beds. Other than that soap kids are simply plot devices so we shouldn't need to see them too often.

Lily is an intolerable brat - exorcism impression or no exorcism impression. What she did tonight was unacceptable. Even in my less than sober state I was appalled. Can only blame the parents I guess. Except Hot Murderous Stace.

Well Belle was seen alot when Eden Taylor Draper took over in 2005 and Belle was only 6/7 then and Tom in Hollyoaks was seen quite alot when he was little. Eden Taylor Draper won a award at the British Soap Awards in 2007 when she was 7 and Ellis Hollins won a award at the british soap awards in 2006 when he was 6. April in Emmerdale is used quite alot. Abi and Ben were seen quite alot when they were 10/11/12 and Peter and Lucy were seen alot when Melissa Suffield and James Martin took over in 2004. Lauren and Jay were used alot in 2007, 2008 and 2009. Peter, Lucy and Steven were shown quite a bit in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003 like 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 episodes in a month for every day life scenes.

Sounds stupid but there's something about that kid that I find slightly disturbing

Usually I'd be the first to agree but I do think there's one exception - little April on ED. She's a superb little actress for her age and so natural, not 'jazz hands' stage school-ish at all (looking at you Amelia). Kim's baby was a little cutie too. There's room for comedy there with her being a mini-Kim in the future.

I have never been that fussed about seeing kids/pets appear as I would rather that they used the budget elsewhere. I agree that they are just props usually and don't contribute to much.

What makes Lily inoffensive? Do you like the Stacey and Lily scenes? She's inoffensive because she's a generic soap kid. She pops up every now and then, says a few lines and that's it, which is only what's required of her at that age really. The majority of soap kids are like it so it's hard to actively like/dislike them, they're just...there. As for Stacey and Lily's scenes I'm, again, indifferent.
