Hard to say.
I think all you can do is wait at the stage door should she do any theatre or write to her agent outlining your request and perhaps trying to explain what it would mean to you and i would say the details of your condition.
But, please bare in mind that actors are under no duty to meet their fans and many will be wary of such requests in case the fans are obsessive or dangerous. Whilst you of course are not, she (and her agent) would have no way of knowing that so might just have a policy of always refusing requests for personal meetings or not stopping at stage doors.
If that is the case, please don't take it personally and you will then have to accept it probably will never happen.

I keep wandering if she is going to the TV Choice Awards or to see Jake Wood in Panto or to the National Television Awards

Well there is no way to know without contacting her. The Awards are at least just one night so you could wait in the crowds but you'd be very unlikely to actually meet her that way, just maybe see her as she enters.
Re the panto, she might but she's just be in the audience and it would be impossible to to check every single person there and i'd assume you couldn't afford the time or money to go yourself every night. Plus, if she is just there as an audience member, probably with her kids, i doubt she'd appreciate having a fan coming to disturb her. I'm sure she'd be polite, perhaps sign an autograph but in all honesty i don't think she'd chat. It is a social situation, very different to seeing fans on the way into or our of work when she isn't with her family.

I have seen some pictures of someone who watches Eastenders who was at the TV Choice Awards last year with the Eastenders cast. My dad is still planning something for me.

Do you know how that came about? They might have won a competition or something (i think they do have competitions where you can win a place in the audience) and just happened to be sat near them. As far as i'm aware you can't 'buy' seats at these awards shows so i don't know how your Dad will be able to organise such a thing so try not to get your hopes up. But i'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

I guess there is Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway or Surprise Surprise if someone nominates me and they can say I want to meet Jo Joyner.

Well as i say I'll keep my fingers crossed for you but try not to get your hopes up because as much as your Dad tried, he just might not be able to organise for you to meet her. As i said, actors are under no obligation to meet their fans so she could always say no, even if you or your Dad or even something like Ant and Dec's Takeaway managed to contact her.
But, i wish you luck.

I would say go to Elstree but I keep forgetting she is not in EE anymore, well not presently.
Yes it is good to do what the others have suggested. You can still try and meet Jake Wood before he takes his year out.

Stalking her perhaps? Only joking. I don't want to stalk her. I just want to have a photo took with her and ask her to sign something for me that is all.

Sorry MG I was only joking. Have you tried getting in touch with her agent. You could go on this website and see if they can help: www.fanmail.biz/55602.html

Here's what I'd do:
1. Rob a bank. A couple hundred grand should do it, nothing too fancy that would draw attention, like. 2. Employ the services of a writer and producer to start putting together a new television series. 3. Put out a casting call for middle aged blondes with a cracking pair, with the stipulation that the successful applicant will have previously played a stuck up, nasty hypocrite with a smoking hot alcoholic daughter. 4. Wait for Jo Joyner's agent to ring up desperately begging for an audition, as she's been out of work since embarrassing herself so badly in the live episode. 5. On the day of auditions, you could just turn up to the auditions... or.... 6. Wait for the actress to leave the house for the audition, then go in and hold all of her family hostage with a shotgun. 7. Issue a ransom demand: If she ever wants to speak to her family again, she'll have a candlelit dinner with you, demolish a nice bit of braised lamb with some couscous on the side, paired with a nice Rioca or something. 8. Over the dinner, tell her that she's a ham actress and will never work again, then walk out and leave her to pay the bill. 9. Great success.
