They're laying it on so thick with the whole 'Glenn is gone forever' that it just makes me even more convinced that he's alive and kicking! half of me thought that Maggie and Aaron were going to either find him in the sewer system or at least find a clue that he'd been there; still think there was a manhole under the dumpster and Glenn avoided the swarm of walkers via it Jessie and Rick, just stop it now!! My Richonne heart broke when they got all smoochy smiley-angry I really don't trust that Ron kid at all. I'm sure him learning to shoot will not end well I half expected him to try to knock Rick off the wall and into the sea of walkers!

FFS. They're really dragging out Glenn's 'death', aren't they? It's been 3 episodes, how much longer do we have to wait? It's ridiculous.
I agree Wildy, it seems even more obvious to me that Glenn is indeed still alive. It really is a cheap ploy by the writers to create suspense around Glenn's fate. Just hurry up already.

I'm a bit late to the Walking Dead game but have finally binge watched all the series so I'm now up to date. I do love this show, especially Carol who is a badass. The thing is they have got a huge cast now and they need to start killing off some of the more minor characters.

Scrabs, good to see you posting again . I didn't expect to see 13 Notifications when I logged on today, thanks for all those 'likes', buddy . And I'm glad you've joined The Walking Dead party with me, Wildy, Maurice, and Sherwood (We also have to discuss Agents of SHIELD Season 3 ) . I hope you're enjoying Season 6 so far. Just in case you haven't watched the latest episode, I'm going to use spoiler tags. Surprise, surprise - Glenn is still alive and well (just about) Not exactly a huge shock considering how long they dragged it out for.

Also, some interesting casting news...
Jeffrey Dean Morgan has been cast as the infamous villain Negan. Sounds like Negan will be turning up this season!

I worked out exactly how he was going to survive as soon as he fell off that dumpster. The only random bit was throwing Enid into the mix. Oh yes TK, I have resurrected the Marvel thread so get posting in it! I have been spending my free time catching up on all these tv shows, just Agent Carter, Jessica Jones and Gotham to watch now.

Yes, the dumpster seemed an obvious clue to Glenn's survival, it was logical that he would crawl under it for cover. It kinda reminds me of when Rick hid under the tank in the pilot . Talking of Enid, is she working for the Wolves or what? I'm not sure what her character is about. Cool, will do!

If she was working for the Wolves couldn't she have just opened the gate for them in the middle of the night rather than them crashing that truck into the walls? I do like Glenn though and I'm glad he is still alive. I'd be unhappy if they killed off him, Carol, Rick, Carl, Maggie or Daryl as they have been around since the start (well second seasons for Maggie). Plus I think there has to be more to introducing characters and then just randomly killing them off, the show needs that core cast of survivors.

I don't mind if they deviate from the source material from time to time, but the TV show does take a few unnecessary liberties.

Maybe she didn't want to risk blowing her cover? It could also be the case that Enid feels conflicted about her loyalties to the Wolves and the Alexandarians, so she hasn't yet decided whose side she's on at this moment. We'll see I guess. This article about Enid is certainly interesting though: www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/walking-dead-theory-gets-more-support_5653738be4b0258edb328274 I agree, glad Glenn survived. I'm interested to see what happens with Glenn going forward because in the comics Negan is the one who kills Glenn. I doubt the producers would attempt to kill off Glenn all over again (unless they're smoking drugs), so it looks like Negan will kill a different character in the TV show.

Thanks for the link, an interesting read. I suppose we will just have to wait and see then, it's going to be a pain for me when we get to the season break as I've been watching the episodes non stop the past few weeks. Lets hope he kills off the priest.

Haha, I know what you mean, Scrabs . Binge watching is a very tough addiction to kick once you start! Yeah, the Priest guy is highly irritating. I'm not sure what his role is meant to be? All he seems to do is stand around and do nothing (well besides badmouthing Rick and his crew behind their backs). He will die soon enough, don't you worry about that .

He deserves a really gruesome death, he stabs the gang in the back quite regularly. Spencer is a douchebag isn't he?

Spencer is just plain stupid, I can't believe how stupid some of the Alexandarians are, it defies belief He tried to shimmy to freedom with a grappling hook wire over a mass of zombies, because he thought he could grab a car or something and save the day. This was, without a doubt, one of the dumbest—probably the dumbest—moves any character has made in the entire series and Spencer should be squeezing through the digestive tracts of hundreds of zombies right now.
