Long blonde hair on an old woman is wrong... I'm sick to death of beeping my horn at a blonde beauty from behind... Only to drive past her... And realise she looks like a dead lizard... Wrong, totally... Or you see what looks like a lovely long haired girl from behind, go "Phwoaar" and when you drive past them you realise that they have a beard, no tits, and their nuts seem to be bulging through their jeans.

Sorry to see Coyde go, had him down as the winner but what a shambles that task was. Why offer jet washing when you don't even know how to operate one. Too much trying to make "deals" without thinking them through.

It is painful and cringeworthy to watch at times, yet entertaining to watch the candidates make complete fools of themselves. Tom the Project Manager should've got the sack instead of Kayode for the Urban Gardening task IMO, I can't believe how he's got away with it. Kayode didn't do much wrong, the failure of the task didn't really lie with him. The two weak links were Tom and to a less extent Jasmine. Jasmine couldn't even paint a bloody bench properly and wasted most of her time on that little task . And Tom offered no good ideas or leadership as a project manager and bought a few measly pot plants for his client's garden . He also didn't give the delivery man the address to the garden, so they ended up starting work late and rushing the jet wash. Did you see the woman's face when she saw the shoddy job? (Don't get me started on Khadija and Jackie either! They absolutely f'ed up their client's garden!) Not to mention the fact that Tom has already lost two tasks as project manager and Kayode has not... Sorry, it was a terrible decision from Alan Sugar in this particular case. But what'd you expect from a bloke who use to own Tottenham Hotspurs, eh?!

But what'd you expect from a bloke who use to own Tottenham Hotspurs, eh?! I always think that LS has an insight into their business plans in advance and knows which ones appeal to him. I agree Kayode came across as a good contender and could certainly talk the talk. Maybe his plan just didn't appeal to LS.

Yes, I think you're right there, Wallz. I certainly get the sense that he's already made his mind up about many of the candidates based on their business plans. Some candidates seem to get an easier ride than others, and I think that's because their business plans appeal more to Sugar.
Sugar's main issue with Kayode seemed to be that he wasn't very good with pricing and strategy and things like that. He said Kayode was a good salesman, but not very good with the "corporate side of things" or something to that effect.
So it seems he'd already ruled out Kayode as a potential business partner before last night's task. He wasn't even willing to give Kayode a second chance to prove himself despite performing well thoroughout the competition.
Which makes me think the likes of Tom and Jasmine have better business plans than Kayode and Sugar is unwilling to get rid of them just yet...

I think we have all come across team leaders who love being in control, ones who talk to us like dirt, and we get that on The Apprentice a lot. Sugar did joke that they are selling goods, not invading Poland.

I agree some candidates seem to “get away” just by being on the winning team each week.
What I’ve noticed is that we’ve got this far in the process without a multiple firing. I reckon old Al Sugar is getting a bit nervous in his dotage and doesn’t want to upset the producers.

That's true, roverman. Usually Sugar would have fired multiple candidates by now, but he seems hesitant to do it this year. Hmmm... So, who's your favourite to win? I'm leaning toward Daniel right now. He seems the least incompetent out of all the candidates.

So glad to see Jasmine go. She has annoyed me from the start this year and Karen was right she is far too corporate for LS's empire. I had to laugh at Daniel winging it about art but he was really believable. Jackie to win for me. She takes risks but they often pay off just like LS.

What does Tom have to do to get fired around here? Has he somehow hypnotised Alan Sugar with his finely groomed beard or something?! He sold sod all during the task. The only thing that saved him was the fact he spoke up for himself in the boardroom, which Sugar himself admitted. What is the point of this process if the worst performing candidates don't get fired? Can't say I'm sorry to see Jasmine get fired, though, despite my belief that she deserved to stay over Tom. She was indeed annoying from week one and I thought she lacked personality. She was too much like a corporate robot with no sense of fun. We've all worked with a Jasmine at some point in our lives who thinks they know better than everybody else in the room and completely disregard their colleagues' opinions... Her and Kuran were possibly two of the most arrogant and stuck-up contestants this year. So I'm glad they're gone. Daniel seems to be going from strength to strength and continuing to show he is a contender. He is very good at bullshitting his clients in an articulate way and you need that to be a good salesman. I'll be surprised if he's not in the Final Two. He has now become the favourite for me as I predicted he would.

Dan does seem to be teachers pet, and we’ve seen this before where one particular candidate has caught Lord Sugar’s eye and he seems to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was genuinely surprised he didn’t go this week alongside her ladyship.
Found it hard to get into the task because I know very little about art but even I could see the rookie mistakes being made.
For example talking to the client whilst he played that music, it was plainly obvious that he not only sells these bespoke music systems but he passionately likes them and knows all about them. Would it have killed her to indulge his passion?
I don’t think one team was exponentially better than the other this week, just that one team was less incompetent than the other.
The winning team negotiated commission on paintings sold did the other team do this? Missed a bit of the episodes.
Personally I think there should have been a multiple firing and once again senile old Sugar missed a trick.
By my maths he will need to do a multiple firing next week in order to have the right number of people
