I was convinced when he made that final speech that he was going to hire Camilla it’s his usual style, so I was shocked when he finished that sentence and hired Sian.
However Sian was the one with the biggest surprise, she kept the whole “it’s reversible, it can be custom made” under her hat right up until the last minute and I think thats what made the difference; she found reasons why people would buy her swimwear over a high street fashion brand.
Camilla is by no means a loser though, she probably has one of the best ideas for a business we’ve seen in the last 5 years of the Apprentice. What she needs to do now is build on the foundations she’s started and get it to market, take all the free advice she’s gained from the process and she has the ability to do very well. What I think didn’t help her cause was that she still didn’t have any idea about her costings, at this stage in the process that should be engraved on her brain, she should have been able to reel them off and defend them to the hilt.

I doubt though I'd ever want to work with or for Alan Sugar. I do feel he thinks of himself first.

The whole thing will be worked to suit him and his schedule, and she will be expected to come running whenever he calls. He’s made it clear before he’s not there to do any actual work but to bankroll the business with the £250k and that’s about it, he even outsources the mentoring to other people.
Will we be subjected to daily “adverts” on his twitter feed pushing £50 bikinis?! Very possibly. I for one would love to know how productive these plugs have been for the Cakes and Sweets produced by previous winners. In fact I wondered if Alana has been reduced to eating the stock as she does look larger (nowt wrong with that!) but would be a good indicator of how profitable it’s been for her.
I also think he will be keeping a very close eye on Camilla’s progress and I would not be surprised if he did approach her in the future, he did that before with Susan Ma.

Alan Sugar has some redeemable qualities and is a good businessman but I do feel he is a hypocrite as he says he hates people who look down their noses at others, yet he is the master of that. He is often very offensive but if others are offensive, he takes the moral high ground. Double standards.
Stella English said she hardly ever saw Sugar when she was made his business partner, and felt like a glorified lackey.

Also you dont know how ruthless Alan may have been when he was younger, in order to get where he is today. I know I am a cynic but it is best to say what is most likely true than to sugar coat it no pun intended. Trump pulled more strokes than a cat lover to get where he is I am sure.
