Agreed. Avengers 2 was too crowded with characters. I just want there to be more cohesion with the Marvel TV shows and movies. They seem cut off from the movies. In other Marvel shows you're watching at the moment, Scrabs? Or any characters you'd like to see get their own TV show I'm surprised they haven't given The Punisher his own TV show yet to be honest. He is made for TV. Moon Knight is another one who could do with his own show. Can't say I'm excited for Luke Cage, Jessica Jones or Iron Fist.

I have finally watched Daredevil. I found it extremely slow to begin with but stuck with it and I thought the second half of the season was much better. It helped that Matthew Murdock is played by a hot actor. Ive watched the first three episodes of Jessica Jones and while I've never been a huge fan Of Krysten Ritter I think she's doing really well n the role. I like the whole crime noir aspect of it. Itw tone is very dark, which I like and it balances out some of the other comic shows we have at the moment. I still want to watch Agent Carter but I've been struggling to fit that in!

Yes, Daredevil is very slow and boring at times. It is more character-driven than your average superhero drama and it tries to be thought-provoking, but there is some payoff by the end so it's worth watching. Ultimately, it's a good first season. I thought the Kingpin a.k.a Wilson Fisk was the best thing about the show and made a good villain. Admittedly, I do find Daredevil to be a bit of a Batman reject if I'm being honest, the whole "ninja" schtick is Batman's game. Whenever Daredevil does one of his disappearing acts, I just think of Batman. Also, you'll be interested to hear The Punisher will be appearing in Season 2 of Daredevil. He'll be played by Jon Bernthal, ex-cast member of The Walking Dead who played Shane. I like the actor a lot. Can't wait to see him! As for Jessica Jones, I haven't watched that yet (nor Agent Carter). I'm not entirely sure that I want to watch it (I already have enough TV shows to watch!). But based on your positive review, I think I will give the first episode a try and see if it piques my interest.

I didn't like Foggy much at the start but he grew on me. Any news on who will be playing Elektra? I wasnt a huge huge fan of Shane, still I wouldn't mind seeing the actor in a different role. Let me know if you have any more recommendations of things to watch TK, we seem to like the same tv programs

I think that would be boring and predictable. I like them as platonic friends personally. Karen will probably hook up with Matt at some point though. Yes, I believe an actress by the name of Elodie Yung has been cast as Elektra. Here's the article: marvel.com/news/tv/2484/elodie_yung_cast_as_elektra_in_the_netflix_original_series_marvels_daredevilSeason 2 cast is shaping up nicely I'd say! Haha, sure thing, Scrabs. I'd be happy to recommend a few shows for you . You might wanna check out The Flash and Arrow if you haven't already. Both solid shows. For all of DC's flaws, they have done well with their TV shows for the most part.

I'm wondering if I should try that at some point.

As for non-superhero shows... The 100 is one show I would recommend. It's a post-apocalyptic series about a juvenile group of teens who get sent back to Earth after 97 years following a nuclear apocalypse that ruined the planet. It's quite similar to Lost but a lot more darker, violent and less mystery-driven. Also, I don't know if you will like this show - but have you heard of Mr. Robot? I just finished watching Season 1 and it's very good. There's a nice twist at the end (albeit stolen from a famous movie). The story revolves around a computer hacker with social anxiety disorder, it's sort of like Dexter where he goes around dispensing justice against bad people. If you're interested in the subject matter of computer hacking, then you will find it interesting. Christian Slater is also a cast member on the show, if you're looking for any eye candy .

I'm wondering if I should try that at some point. Lol. Oh okay, my bad. I've been catching up on Arrow and The Flash, so it'll be a while before I get up to speed! In regards to Supernatural, I haven't watched most of the seasons so I can't really judge. I started watching it on E4 earlier this year. Based on the episodes I've watched, I wouldn't recommend it. It is average IMO. I found it rather cliche and predictable most of the time. It's similar to X-Files with demons and ghosts turning up every week. That said, I have heard a lot of praise for Supernatural in the early seasons. A lot of people have said to me, you should watch it from Season 1 to 5 and then give up. Apparently the show became rubbish after Season 5. Anyway, it's up to you, give it a try if it interests you.

Teeks Have you been watching Agent Carter? I think the second series is so much better than the first. Nope, not seen that. I already have way too many shows to watch. Is it similar to Agents of SHIELD? Talking of AOS, what have you made of this season so far? I've found it good in parts but also a bit mediocre. I like the Lash storyline, but the Ward storyline is crap and feels forced IMO. They should've killed Ward off, he's run out of steam.

It has a different vibe to it, I like the fact Peggy is a strong female lead. Yeah i agree, Ward does need to be killed off as he's not allowing the show to move forward.
