Showing her commitment to the programme by returning early to film important scenes. A very different attitude to the one shown by Tameka Empson who took almost 18 months off!

Yes, I see JB's My Lauren, sorry His Lauren is coming back for a short stint for the Max trial. That should put a smile on his coupon and maybe a temporary reprieve on the defacing of DLT.

But we have no idea why she did that. Baring in mind that she's in her mid-to-late 30's she might have been trying for ages so when she finally fell pregnant wanted to spend all the time she was entitled to with her precious baby? Or she could have had an horrendous delivery where she took a long time to recover? We simply don't know and because Tameka is a more private person than Jac I doubt we ever will - and nor should we. Besides, Jacqueline isn't back properly yet. Yes it's great that she'll come back and film some scenes for an important storyline (Tameka might have done the same if she'd been involved in a huge storyline like that) and personally I'll love Lauren forever if she batters Abi from one end of the square to the other but let's not use Jac's return as a stick to beat other women's maternity leave with eh? Wouldn't surprise me at all though if that no-mark that Jac's with was right behind her returning so early, keep their profile high now that he seems to have nothing going for him! Honestly don't know what she sees in that lump.

I might... might... watch the episodes that she's back for. As loathe as I am to give EE any more views.

Talentless over rated piece of timber, just like Palmer thinks she can come and go as she pleases. If it was up to me all contracts would contain a 'no pregnancy' clause.

Well that is not fair if no actresses can have kids while they are on Eastenders. Maybe the same should be said for the cast of Emmerdale, Coronation Street, Casualty, Holby City, Hollyoaks and Doctors. Also maybe the same should be said for female teachers and nurses and doctors and police women? Its natural for women to get pregnant and to go on maternity leave and have children. Jacqueline doesn't think that and besides apart from maternity leave she has been committed to Eastenders. You cannot do a no pregnancy in contracts that is not fair.

It's 'you're' not 'your', and no I'm not horrible I just don't like people who choose to become actresses in a long running soap thinking they can behave like the world owes them a living. If I hire someone on a 2 year contract, I expect them to honour that and not spend 18 months of it rearing children.

I believe Tamkea had some problems with her pregnancy which is why she took maternity early, or so I read.
I think maternity is about a year, some of the Corrie lot seem to come back a lot earlier.
By law EE have to accommodate her if she under contract.

Regarding this storyline though, I'd like to know which airline has let a heavily pregnant woman fly on a 24-hour flight?!?!?
