I love your sig MsW!! I only liked Faith in season 7 when she turned good though, I hated her in season 3! American shows, my choices would be: Buffy The Simpsons (up to season 15 or so, before they went rubbish) Angel Ringer Not big on American tv shows really other than those 4, I think I'm the only person alive who has never seen Friends Blasphemy, Collie! I shall have no negativity about Faith, thank you very much (Glad you like the sig, though!!)

American TV is all I watch apart from the news and soaps - much better than whatever pedestrian crap ITV are peddling this week. Current favourites:
Game of Thrones - Half of season 5 got leaked and I couldn't help myself but to binge watch it. As good as ever. House of Cards - Sublime, and has copious amounts of the always excellent Kevin Spacey. I didn't think season 3 was so strong but there are valid storyline reasons for that - the constant uphill battle of the first two seasons was what made the Underwoods so compelling, without something to reach for it fell a little flat, but it's set up for a blinder of a fourth season. Breaking Bad - One of the greatest series ever made, on par with... The Sopranos - Definitive watching. Boardwalk Empire - Great series, amazing cast led by Steve Buscemi, underwhelming final season given it's basically a 'woe is me' story of a man who facilitated a paedophile ring.

Sky Atlantic has been a blessing for US drama!
The Newsroom - how I will miss that series *sobs*
Hello Ladies - ditto
Boardwalk Empire - ditto again, but I agree J-B, that last season just seemed to tie up all the loose ends in a sloppy, hasty fashion.
Veep - just as funny as The Thick of It and currently my sig on here is a scene from it
Game of Thrones - absorbing saga of good quality
The Knick set in New York's Knickerbocker Hospital in the 1900s was rather good too, enough to make me want to tune in for any future series anyway.
Some that started off well but I tired of quickly; I enjoyed the first two seasons of Sons of Anarchy but I really lost interest after that. Ditto How I Met Your Mother, I was there from the off when BBC2 screened it on Sunday evenings but gave up around season 4 or 5 because by then I was just screaming 'Wrap it up already!' at the screen. House was another, by about 3 seasons I got bored.
Older US Tele; I loved Seinfeld, Cheers, Arrested Development, Deadwood, Rome, Lie to Me and all the 80s classics like The Equalizer, Moonlighting, Miami Vice, St Elsewhere and Hill Street Blues. I can think of nothing better than sitting down to watch Hill Street Blues, it's still perfect TV.
I have never watched Breaking Bad and have sort of made it a mission now to not do so! Occasionally I feel like a veggie in a butchers when I come online as every corner of the net has some BB reference in there!

I haven't seen 'Full House' no MG. Is it good? I suppose so if you like it!
On the same page as a lot of you
Shows i've loved, Buffy, Angel, Lost, Cheers, Frasier, Babylon 5, Star Trek, West wing, Twin Peaks, Dallas, Dynasty, Knots Landing.
Currently, Big Bang Theory although it has gone off in recent seasons. Got all of Breaking Bad, Homeland and House of Cards box sets waiting to be watched. It's finding the time when my Husband and i are both free to sit and watch that is the issue as we've promised we'll see them together and not skip ahead.

has anyone seen the clips yet which I posted? i I'm afraid i haven't and am unlikely too. I use the internet on my phone which has a very small screen, not easy to watch long clips on. Also, my broadband won't allow me to watch multiple clips without paying a lot of money. Many others might be the same so pleas don't get upset or offended if people aren't able to eatch the clips you've posted. We really do appreciate it. Perhaps you could tell bus what it is you enjoy about Full Hopuse without us needing to watch lots of stuff on line. People might then search it out themselves or even buy the DVDS. Thanks Mormon Girl. X

I did yeah. I really liked how they wrapped it up though it's a real shame it had to end. For my money I think Merchant's solo effort was more enjoyable than Gervais' Derek...even though I liked Derek, I felt there were issues with it, that Hello Ladies didn't have and that's no mean feat considering he was out of his comfort zone in the US

Haven't seen House Full but I like all the other shows you mentioned, as well as The Mindy Project, New Girl and two new sitcoms on E4 called Baby Daddy and Marry Me. I've also fairly recently started watching The Walking Dead. Past show include all those you mentioned, plus Rules of Engagement and Happy Endings (which was cancelled after three seasons) though Marry Me is superficially similar to Marry Me, IMO.
