I`ve lived in the USA over 25 years, and I can`t recall one American show I watch on a regular basis. The only American show I still watch and enjoy the reruns is Cagney and Lacey.

Have recently been watching Agents of SHIELD, just currently started the second series (so no spoilers please). Surprised at how much I am enjoying it tbh, it's exactly, the sort of show I like, mysterious, action and humour thrown in for good measure. A bit like Buffy and early seasons of New.Dr Who. I have watched the first episode of Daredevil which was also good however I have put it on hold till I get to the end of Agents of Shield.

has anyone seen full house? I used to watch this back in the 90s when it was on Sky One. Blooming loved it. I'm really looking forward to the new series

I love Game of Thrones but no longer have Sky, so have to wait to add to my boxset collection as and when they are released. I am a total Netflix fiend. I am eagerly awaiting the new series of Orange is the New Black and Pretty Little Liars. In the meantime I am bridging the gap by binge watching Once Upon a Time, which is possibly the most wonderfully bonkers programme I have ever seen. I love Robert Carlyle's Rumplestiltskin - he manages to be repulsive whilst simultaneously making me nearly pee myself laughing

I am tempted to give it another go now it's on Netflix.

You should Scrabbler! I take the point about sporadic broadcasting though, it winds me right up. Even having to wait until next week for the next episode once I've caught up with a Netflix series makes me twitchy, never mind it disappearing into the ether.
Talking of which... does anyone else watch Unforgettable and when the fuff is s3 going to be shown in the UK?

I'm loving The Affair on Sky Atlantic right now with Brits Dominic West and Ruth Wilson. So sexy it is melting my TV screen!

I do love a good sitcom. I have watched and loved plenty of them over the years, but none of them hold a candle to the brilliant Frasier. A hilarious, witty and touching show with brilliant characters. Niles and Daphne in particular were both beautifully written characters. I will never tire of the show.
Apart from Frasier, my other favourites are Friends, Seinfeld and 90s Simpsons. The Big Bang Theory is quite good but has been very hit and miss over the years. Modern Family can be great at times but takes itself far too seriously.
I'm also looking forward to the third season of Orange is the New Black but I don't have Netflix at the moment. Got into it last year by a friend and have been hooked ever since.

My favs are.
The Blacklist....a must Hawaii Five O Scandal Elementary The Affair Banshee Hannibal....very scary, so watch with my eyes closed a lot of the time
Oh I must mention Lost, all 6 bloody series of it on box sets, the first 4 were good, the fifth was getting tiresome and the 6th was ludicrous, esp the last episode, weeks of my life I will never get back.

Ncis. I need my fix of Leroy Jethro Gibbs I used to have a bit of a thing for Mark Harmon when he was a teenage pinup boy, plus I think he has matured like a fine vintage Champagne- worrrrr I also have the immense pleasure of watching Storage Wars, all the locations, Baggage Battles, Counting Cars, Pawn Stars and any other US car programme that comes on - thanks to the OH. Oddly enough these tend to be the precise shows that get removed for poxy sport thus I get to listen to a lot or ranting and swearing instead We used to watch the Simpson's a lot too, however it's rather puerile these days and for that reason we don't bother specifically tuning in any longer. We loved My Name is Earl though - I miss that one - oh and an oldie I reckon should be rerun immediately is Married With Children. Al Bundy is a legend!

One of my absolute favourites Veep (my sig is taken from it) returns to Sky Atlantic tonight and I cannot wait. Extremely sharp, very funny satire!
I've also got into Chicago Fire of late too thanks to Sky's boxsets

I`ve always had a thing for Mark Harmon since his St Elsewhere days (ditto Denzil Washington). I loved Mark in Chicago Hope too. Used to watch Jag because of hubby being in the Navy, then watched NCIS from the beginning. Hubby still loves to watch NCIS on reruns.
